Do I need special hardware?

No. The till runs in a web browser on a PC, laptop or tablet. Most barcode scanners behave like a keyboard, so they work straight away. Tell us your receipt printer model during the demo and we'll confirm it.

What happens if the internet drops?

The basket you're working on is kept on the device and the product list refreshes in the background, so a short drop won't lose the sale in progress. If your site's connection is unreliable, talk to us about the best setup.

Can cashiers give discounts or refunds?

Only if you allow it. Permissions go down to individual actions such as discounts, price overrides and refunds, and each one is recorded in the audit trail.

Can I run several branches?

Yes. Each branch has its own tills, stock and users. Head office sees them all together, and stock can be transferred between branches.

Can I sell online as well?

Yes. Add E-commerce and your online shop sells from the same stock, with web orders arriving as sales orders.
